Frank P. Scott was born in Lawton, Okla. and was a resident of Cherry Valley for 53 years. He went to meet his Savior and Lord on April 21, 2010. He has been under the care of Cherry Valley Health Care for the past two years, and more recently under hospice care of the Visiting Nurses Association.
